so this summer has mainly consisted of working, going to whatever i’m doing that night right from work, sleeping in all sorts of places all sorts of distances from my office, going to work from wherever i was.
i typically get 3 hours of sleep a night.
yesterday i came home exhausted from work.
i ate a sandwich and decided to take a nap.
i woke up this morning at 6 a.m. (12 hours of sleep) and i feel fucking great.
